We find it at Limino B.V. it is very important that your data is handled properly. That is why in this piece of text we explain why and what data we collect. And also what to do if you disagree. We’ve tried to keep it as simple as possible.

We always treat your data confidentially. That’s the most important thing you’ll read here. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to those who need it. We do this by implementing technical, security and organizational measures. This way we prevent the wrong people from doing wrong things with your data.

What we collect and why

We collect personal data from prospects, customers and visitors to our website or when you visit us. No exciting things, we do this basically because we want to serve you and others as best as possible. We can keep track of one or more things about you:

  • First and last name – this way we can address you properly. Only if you make this known to us yourself.
  • Function or role in the organization – this way we know better which information, tips and events are relevant to you.
  • Company name and departments – only if you make these known to us.
  • Phone numbers – this way we can contact you if necessary. Only if you make this known to us.
  • E-mail address – this way we can contact each other via e-mail. Only if you make this known to us.

If you would like more information about the personal data that may have been collected from you at Limino B.V., please contact us. In many cases you have access to a portal where you can view, change and even delete the collected data. In any case, we do not keep the data longer than necessary.

What we track on our websites

Which cookies do we use and what do we use them for?

Let’s start by saying that you can of course disable your cookies, you can do this in the settings of your browser. It may be the case that you do not get the optimal experience, as you are used to from us.

Back to content. At Limino we use various cookies, which ensure that your visit to our website(s) becomes more pleasant and easier. This way they can ensure that you don’t have to enter your password every time or that we can better give you the information you need. Below is the list with a small explanation of why we use them:

  • Google Analytics, with which we keep track of which pages are ‘doing well’ and which we still need to improve. All data in Google Analytics is anonymized as much as possible and therefore cannot be traced back to individuals. We have chosen not to store your data at user level for an unnecessarily long time, in Google Analytics we do this for a maximum of 26 months. This allows us to compare the trends over the past 2 years. More information about this can be found here.

What we track in our apps

TimeFacts:

  • In the free version of TimeFacts, all data entered in this app is stored locally on your device. No data is stored externally or shared with 3rd parties.
  • In the Premium version of TimeFacts, all event related data is stored locally on your device. Purchase related data is tracked by 3rd party RevenueCat. This service enables the app to show the correct subscription status. Besides, it enables Limino to track purchase status and history. This data stored in and collected by RevenueCat uses anonymous user IDs and can therefore NOT be linked to the user’s identity.

MyRentalHome:

  • Consent to Share Consumption Data with Apple

    By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple’s policies and only as necessary to process your requests.
